We offer a comprehensive range of programmes that are endorsed by the NAC in the Arts Experience and Arts Exposure segments of the Arts Education Programme, from educational touring assembly performances, acting workshops, life skills & character development through drama programmes to directing & stage production services.

ARTS EXPERIENCE

We provide a variety of Arts Experience programmes, either as co-curricular activities (CCA) or part of the school's curriculum, at primary, secondary and junior college level. Under the guidance of our trainers, students have the opportunity to discover firsthand the joys and challenges of performing, and the power of drama as a medium for self-discovery and creative expression.

Our Development through Drama programmes extend from general drama appreciation workshops to targeted issue, text exploration workshops. These process-based workshops, of various course length, aim to encourage the students a better appreciation of drama and theatre. At the same time, drama is used as a powerful tool for fun learning, character building and developing personal and team life skills.

Our Drama-In-Education programme (conducted during or outside curriculum) provide a process-based platform for life and thinking skills development through the active learning of drama skills and group discussion of an issue. Under the drama instructor's guidance, the students learn to work and negotiate as a group to present their issue in dramatic form..

For full-length Musical/Drama Productions, we provide full creative, backstage and technical support, including scriptwriting, creative direction, sets, costume, make-up, sound and lighting. In addition, we provide the services of musical composition and arrangement as well as dance choreography for school musical theatre productions.

ARTS EXPOSURE

In contrast, our Arts Exposure programmes allow students to experience the power of drama from an audience's perspective. D'rama Productions actively produces plays throughout the year in a variety of styles, revolving around themes relevant to National Education, local history and other social issues relevant to the young such as preserving the environment, peer pressure and friendship. We perform nearly two hundred shows yearly at educational institutions ranging from primary and secondary to post-secondary levels.
